When first beginning your journey, your character will not be all-powerful. Instead, there will be small Level-up Prompts to do for your character. Characters will all start at Level Two, at minimum. Depending on their stats, they could have more power. Regardless, here are the level-up prompts.

LEVEL 1 -> 2: Draw or write your character discovering their powers, and their reaction to doing so. Must be from 250-400 words minimum, or a colored headshot minimum.LEVEL 2 -> 3: Draw or write your character's reaction to their powers growing, and their experience with their powers - positive or negative. Must be from 400>500 words minimum, or a flat halfbody minimum.
Light shines softly, and with distance comes the glow of success. What shade am I?
LEVEL 3 -> 4: Draw or write your character remembering an important moment from their past. Must be from 500>600 words minimum, or a flat fullbody minimum.LEVEL 4 -> 5: Draw or write your character coming into themselves and their power. Must be from 600>800 words minimum, or a shaded fullbody minimum. When posting level up art, make sure to Tag a Loremaster. This will lead us to DMing you about your character's level up, and your ability to integrate your powers into roleplay.

Starting Powers per stat

Stat 0-2: Start at LV 1
Stat 3-4: Start at LV 2
Stat 5-7: Start at LV 3
Stat 8-9: Start at LV 4
Stat 10: Start at LV 5
You may have your cat at a lower level than their limit when starting, but this is the limits of their power depending on their starting stats! As stated above, all characters will start with a minimum of Level 2 powers.

Power Scaling

Because your characters do not start off all-powerful, we needed to scale the power for all colored souls. Each soul will have 5 Levels they can reach of power, with their power scaling upwards with each level.Powers for each soul are different, and as such the power scaling for each soul type will be different as well. Level 5 is the cat's most powerful level, and thus is also one of the hardest to get to.For the power scaling document, please click here

Karma System

Your actions may have unforeseen consequences…Introducing the Karma System! As your character interacts with the world and the characters inhabiting it, they will gather karma. Good karma or bad karma, that’s up to you to decide! Both good karma and bad karma have advantages and disadvantages. Characters with good karma may have an easier time staying off of the Mindless’ radar! Characters with bad karma on the other hand can easily intimidate foes and friends alike!
Karma will be a hidden stat - meaning you, the player, cannot see exactly what your karma level is. Instead you will have to rely on your gut instincts and hope they lead you closer to Fragment’s Will.
